Old  Default Nguyễn Hải Long nhận tội và 4 năm tù trong vụ bắt cóc Trịnh Xuân Thanh
Với việc Nguyễn Hải Long nhận tội tại phiên ṭa đă đủ cho thấy việc bắt cóc Trịnh Xuân Thanh là có thực. Theo đó, Nguyễn Hải Long sẽ phải lĩnh mức án là 4 năm tù cho vai tṛ của ḿnh trong vụ việc. Chắc chắn trong thời gian tới vụ việc sẽ c̣n được Đức làm sáng tỏ hơn. Nguyễn Hải Long, 47 tuổi, một công dân Việt Nam sinh sống tại Cộng Ḥa Czech, đă bị Cộng Ḥa Liên Bang Đức đề nghị mức án bốn năm tù giam trong vụ bắt cóc Trịnh Xuân Thanh ở Berlin một năm trước đây.
Ông Long có song tịch Czech (Tiệp Khắc) và Việt Nam, đă thú tội trước ṭa rằng ông đă biết trước vụ bắt cóc Trịnh Xuân Thanh, một cựu quan chức ngành dầu khí Việt Nam bị tố cáo tham nhũng, trong lúc ông này đang xin quy chế tị nạn tại Đức.



Chiều thứ Ba, 24/7/2018, tại phiên Ṭa Thượng Thẩm ở thủ đô Berlin, công tố viên Đức đă đề nghị mức án 4 năm tù giam cho Long. Trong khi đó, luật sư của bị cáo đề nghị giảm án xuống c̣n 3 năm 6 tháng ,và ông Long đă đồng ư với luật sư của ông.

Sự nhận tội của ông Long vào ngày 17/7 đă đưa đến sự đề nghị bản án bốn năm ngày thứ Ba, 24/7, diễn ra sớm hơn so với dự đoán. Ṭa từng dự tính phiên xử có thể kéo dài tới cuối tháng Tám.

Nguyễn Hải Long sinh sống tại Czech và có một cửa hàng chuyện về dịch vụ đổi tiền, chuyển tiền trong chợ Sapa. Theo điều tra của cảnh sát Đức, ông Long đă nhận thuê xe cho mật vụ Việt Nam để chở Trịnh Xuân Thanh bị bắt cóc ở Berlin hôm 23/7/2017.

Có mặt và theo dơi tại phiên Ṭa, nhà báo tự do Lê Mạnh Hùng từ Berlin nói với đài BBC Tiếng Việt chiều thứ Ba, về sự nhận tội của ông Long, “Trong khi luật sư Đức đầu tiên của ông Long là ông Stephan Bonell luôn chủ trương căi trắng án cho thân chủ đến cùng, th́ hai vị luật sư xuất hiện sau là Alexander Sttele và Simon Keßler có lẽ nhận thức được khả năng thoát tội của thân chủ rất thấp nên đă chủ trương kết thúc phiên toà chóng vánh, hy vọng nghi phạm có thể được giảm án bằng cách cố vấn cho ông Long đưa ra lời thú tội.

"Sự mâu thuẫn trong công việc của ba vị luật sư này là khá rơ. Ai, tổ chức nào đă thuê hai luật sư sau tới ṭa căi cho ông Long? Đó là điều giới quan sát vẫn chưa hay. Vấn đề mâu thuẫn giữa các luật sư của ông Nguyễn Hải Long rốt cuộc cũng được giải quyết tại phiên xử hôm nay, thứ Ba ngày 24/7/2018.

Nhà báo Lê Mạnh Hùng cho biết thêm, "Vào đúng 1 giờ 10 phút trưa ngày này, ông Stephan Bonell đă bị bà Chánh Án đề nghị thu dọn tài liệu, rời khỏi vị trí luật sư biện hộ cho thân chủ Long bởi đă vi phạm thủ tục tố tụng. Một trong những ư kiến kiên quyết nhất đề nghị điều này lại phát ra từ chính hai đồng nghiệp của ông Bonell đang cùng biện hộ cho Nguyễn Hải Long.”

Luật sư của Trịnh Xuân Thanh có mặt tại phiên ṭa đă không có ư kiến ǵ về mức án mà Công Tố Viện đề nghị với bị cáo Long.

Nhưng những ǵ diễn ra qua phiên toà tại Berlin và lời nhận tội của nghi can Long đă được làm rơ đây là một vụ bắt cóc người giữa ban ngày tại Công Viên Sở Thú Berlin

Bà Chánh Án Regine Grieß sẽ tuyên án vào chiều thứ thứ Tư, ngày 25/7/2018, trước sự chứng kiến của năm người trong bồi thẩm đoàn, hai vị đại diện Viện Công Tố Liên Bang Đức, hai luật sư đại diện cho ông Long, một luật sư đại diện cho Trịnh Xuân Thanh, hai thông dịch viên người Việt.

Trịnh Xuân Thanh bị bắt cóc tại Đức vào ngày 23/7/2017 và sau đó xuất hiện trên truyền h́nh Việt Nam vào ngày 3/8 qua một băng video trong đó nhà cầm quyền Việt Nam có vẻ muốn cho thấy Thanh tuyên bố "tự nguyện về nước đầu thú."

Thế nhưng sự nhận tội của ông Long cho thấy vụ bắt cóc đặt dưới sự chỉ đạo của Bộ Công An Việt Nam, với sự chỉ huy trực tiếp của Trung Tướng An Ninh Đường Minh Hưng cùng sự tham gia của các sĩ quan an ninh Việt Nam, Đại Sứ Quán Việt Nam tại Berlin, cùng một số Việt Kiều sinh sống tại Đức, Cộng Ḥa Czech, và Slovakia, nhà báo Lê Mạnh Hùng cho biết.

Cuộc điều tra của Đức cho thấy Tướng Tô Lâm, Bộ trưởng Bộ Công An Việt Nam cũng bị đặt trong ṿng nghi ngờ có liên quan đến vụ bắt cóc.

Nhà báo Lê Trung Khoa nói với đài RFA rằng, “Công Tố Liên Bang cũng nói đến tên ông Tô Lâm, Bọ trưởng Bộ Công An đă đứng ra mượn chiếc máy bay của Slovakia được nghi ngờ rất lớn là để chở Trịnh Xuân Thanh về Moscow, v́ lịch làm việc với Bộ trưởng Bộ Nội Vụ Slovakia chỉ có sau khi vụ bắt cóc xảy ra. Sau khi bắt cóc rồi họ mới làm lịch làm việc. Điều đó rất gấp nên việc này chỉ phục vụ cho việc bắt cóc.”

Bộ Nội Vụ Slovakia hôm 29/4 cũng đă bày tỏ quan ngại về chuyến thăm của Bộ Trưởng Tô Lâm sang nước này hồi năm ngoái v́ nghi ngờ chuyến thăm được sử dụng nhằm mục đích khác hơn là hữu nghị.

Với việc phiên ṭa xử bị cáo Nguyễn Hải Long sắp đi đến kết thúc, nhà báo Lê Trung Khoa nhận định, phía Đức sẽ có những bước đi tiếp theo đối với những nhân vật khác đă được phía Đức xác định có liên quan đến vụ bắt cóc Trịnh Xuân Thanh.

Việc Trịnh Xuân Thanh được đưa về Việt Nam qua một số nước Đông Âu đă dẫn tới rắc rối ngoại giao ngày càng lan rộng sang cả những nước này. Sự việc nhà cầm quyền Việt Nam đă đánh mất niềm tin đối với Đức và các nước trong khối EU, là hậu quả nặng nề nhất do vụ bắt cóc gây nên.

theo ḿnh nghĩ, có thể ông Stephan Bonell mới chính là luật sư,

c̣n 2 ông sau làm là v́ mục đích muốn chuyện này kết thúc sớm theo mong muốn của chính quyền cs,
để khỏi ḷi ra thêm nhiều nhân vật của các nước có liên hệ trong vụ này nữa.

Nh́n mặt thằng Nguyễn Hải Long này rất là du côn và lưu manh. Chắc thằng Bắc Kỳ này lại là dân ở Hải Pḥng (1 nơi đẻ ra toàn bọn đầu trộm đuôi cướp, đâm thuê chém mướn ở VN).

Stephan Bonell là được nói đến nhiều nhất vào 2010 ở vụ án Halle (DDR cũ)..c̣n nghĩ cho cùng: có mặt tên nào trong chính quyền CS mà 0 gian như dân Hải Pḥng hỉ ! Dù sao tên Long chỉ là một con tép riu thôi, tên Thanh mới quan trọng mà bị bắt cóc trước rồi...hic hic, chia buồn với Đức...

nh́n mặt thằng chó này th́ có dân hải pḥng hay hà lội th́ cũng một thứ côn đồ con cháu của hồ thôi .. thằng này 4 năm th́ quá nhẹ đối với nó .. có nhốt nó th́ nhốt chung với đám gà ô th́ sau một năm thôi là nó đi cầu khỏi cần rặn .. hahahah
