Trước trạng thái Tàu khựa đang xây đảo nhân tạo ở Hoàng Sa, Trường Sa Việt Nam bắt buộc phải ve văn Hoa Kỳ. Trong vấn đề biển đông không phải ngẫu nhiên mà Google ghi sai rồi lại ghi đúng. Ở đây chả có đúng hay sai, ai mạnh th́ sẽ giữ được biển. Cùng vietbf.com khám phá nhé.

Ḥa b́nh, ổn định và an ninh, an toàn hàng hải ở Biển Đông là nguyện vọng và lợi ích chung của khu vực và tất cả các nước.

Đó là khẳng định của người phát ngôn Bộ Ngoại giao Việt Nam Lê Hải B́nh tại cuộc họp báo thường kỳ của Bộ Ngoại giao ngày 14/5 khi được hỏi về phản ứng của Việt Nam đối với phiên điều trần tại Thượng viện Hoa Kỳ vào ngày 13/5 về “Bảo vệ lợi ích của Hoa Kỳ tại Biển Hoa Đông và Biển Đông".


Người phát ngôn Bộ Ngoại giao Lê Hải B́nh
Theo ông Lê Hải B́nh, các bên liên quan cần giải quyết ḥa b́nh các tranh chấp, tuân thủ luật pháp quốc tế nhất là Công ước Liên hợp quốc về Luật Biển (UNCLOS 1982), thực hiện đầy đủ Tuyên bố về ứng xử của các bên ở Biển Đông (DOC), tiến tới Bộ quy tắc ứng xử ở Biển Đông (COC).
"Trên tinh thần đó, Việt Nam hoan nghênh nỗ lực của cộng đồng quốc tế trong đó có Hoa Kỳ trong việc duy tŕ ḥa b́nh, ổn định, hợp tác và phát triển ở Biển Đông, đặc biệt là ủng hộ vai tṛ của ASEAN, tuân thủ DOC và những nỗ lực nhằm sớm đạt được COC”, người phát ngôn Bộ Ngoại giao nhấn mạnh.
Liên quan đến câu hỏi về việc Mỹ có ư định đưa tàu và máy bay đến gần các đảo nhân tạo của Trung Quốc ở quần đảo Trường Sa thuộc chủ quyền Việt Nam, người phát ngôn Bộ Ngoại giao nói: “Chúng tôi mong muốn các bên liên quan, các quốc gia trong và ngoài khu vực có những nỗ lực tích cực đóng góp vào việc duy tŕ ḥa b́nh, ổn định, an ninh, và an toàn hàng hải ở khu vực và không có những hành động làm phức tạp thêm t́nh h́nh ở Biển Đông”.
“Mọi hoạt động của các bên liên quan cần phải tuân thủ luật pháp quốc tế, tôn trọng quyền chủ quyền, quyền tài phán của các quốc gia ở Biển Đông, đồng thời tuân thủ nghiêm túc DOC", ông B́nh cho biết thêm.
Liên quan đến việc Trung Quốc thông báo giàn khoan của nước này đă được kéo xuống và hoạt động ở Biển Đông đến ngày 16/5, ông Lê Hải B́nh cho biết ngày 13/5, Đại tá Ngô Ngọc Thu, Phó tư lệnh, Tham mưu trưởng Bộ tư lệnh Cảnh sát biển Việt Nam nhấn mạnh, Cảnh sát biển Việt Nam đang theo dơi và đă có những hoạt động chuẩn bị để sẵn sàng ứng phó với những t́nh huống xảy ra ở trên biển.
Hải Dương 981 chính là giàn khoan đă được Trung Quốc triển khai một cách trái phép vào vùng thềm lục địa và đặc quyền kinh tế của Việt Nam hồi tháng 5/2014. Hành động phi pháp này đă vấp phải phản ứng dữ dội từ Việt Nam và dư luận thế giới.

The Human Rights in Vietnam is a Yo-Yo thing, you know that.

In this situation, my guess is that CSVN will back up a bit and give the U.S an inch on the Human Rights issue to make a go of it. By the same token, the U.S would reluctantly be fine to take that deal and go on face off with China.

It's better that way, otherwise CSVN will have to turn to Russia for the protection as they did in 1979 war with China. Plus the deal would make the US-VN relation warmer, and that's a part of most of us want to see what's going to happen to VN.

Giặc cướp đất cướp biển,đảo rành rành,công khai trong khi cả một cái "đảng anh hùng" tất cả đều co đầu rút cổ im thi thít sợ sệt...hèn nhục đến nổi không dám nêu danh chỉ tánh thằng ăn cướp.Chỉ biết trơ mắt lơ láo,rên rĩ ca bài "sống chung ḥa b́nh,tôn trọng lẩn nhau"...trong khi thằng giặc tàu+ nó ỉa,đái vào mơm cái đám tay sai hạ cấp nầy....muốn người khác giúp ḿnh chống lại kẻ thù mà bản tánh hèn nhát vẩn không thay đổi vẩn...vừa đéo...vừa run .
