Old  Default Tàu Philippines đâm ch́m tàu Hải cảnh của Trung Quốc
Đúng là "Ác giả ác báo", hoan hô Philippines! Tàu của Philippines đă dạy cho tàu Hải cảnh Trung Cộng một bài học. Tưởng có thể bắt nạt măi những nước bé trên Biển Đông ư? Mấy tên bành trướng đă suưt gặp hà bá.

Từng rượt đuổi tàu Phhilippines, tàu Hải cảnh 3062 của Trung Quốc bất ngờ bị đâm ch́m hôm 18/4 khiến 8 cảnh sát biển nước này bị thương.

Tàu Trung Quốc gặp nạn

Thông tin về vụ việc được Cục cảng vụ Quảng Châu ra thông báo cho hay, vụ việc xảy ra khoảng 13h30 ngày 18/4, làm 8 cảnh sát biển Trung Quốc bị thương khi rơi xuống nước. Sau đó họ đă được tàu cá ngư dân cứu kịp thời.

Dù đăng tải về vụ tai nạn nhưng truyền thông Trung Quốc đă không hề tiết lộ chiếc tàu này bị đâm ch́m tại vùng biển nào và danh tính chiếc tàu gây nên vụ việc này.

Theo thông của trang Guancha (Trung Quốc), tàu Hải cảnh 3062 trước đây là tàu Hải giám 262 từng được Trung Quốc đưa đến vùng biển quanh băi cạn Scarborough xua đuổi ngư dân Philippines đánh bắt hải sản tại khu vực này.

Hôm 12/6/2016, chiếc tàu này tham gia đội tàu Hải cảnh Trung Quốc ngăn các nhóm thanh niên Philippines, bao gồm 15 binh sĩ lên băi Scarborough nhân kỷ niệm Ngày độc lập của nước này.



Hiện trường tàu Hải cảnh 3062 bị đâm ch́m.

Tham vọng của Trung Quốc

Cùng với hành động điều (bất hợp pháp) tàu Hải cảnh xuống Biển Đông, truyền thông Trung Quốc đă đăng tải h́nh ảnh siêu tàu Hải cảnh lớp trên vạn tấn của Trung Quốc mang số hiệu 2901.

Ngoài tàu Hải cảnh 2901, h́nh ảnh cho thấy Nhà máy đóng tàu ở đảo Trường Hưng-Giang Nam c̣n đang đóng 1 tàu nữa cùng lớp mang số hiệu 3901.

Theo quy định về biên chế tàu Hải cảnh Trung Quốc. Số hiệu tàu 4 số là trực thuộc các Tổng đội Hải cảnh khu vực, 5 số là tàu trực thuộc lực lượng Hải cảnh của các tỉnh. Như vậy, các tàu Hải giám 2901 và 3901 là trực thuộc các Tổng đội Hải cảnh.

Theo quy định, số đầu tiên trong số hiệu tàu chỉ Tổng đội (số 1 là Tổng đội Bắc Hải, số 2 Đông Hải, số 3 Nam Hải; vị trí thứ 2 chỉ lượng giăn nước và vị trí thứ 3, thứ 4 chỉ số hiệu tàu. Như vậy, 2901 là tàu Hải cảnh 01, lượng giăn nước thấp nhất là 9000 tấn, trực thuộc Tổng đội Hải cảnh Đông Hải, c̣n tàu 3901 là của Tổng đội Nam Hải.

Từ trước đến nay, Trung Quốc thường đóng đồng loạt 3 tàu cùng cỡ để trang bị đều cho cả 3 tổng đội. Theo quy luật này, rất có thể Trung Quốc c̣n đang khởi đóng tàu Hải Cảnh 1901 cho Tổng đội Bắc Hải để sử dụng 3 tàu này làm kỳ hạm cho lực lượng chấp pháp biển trên 3 vùng biển.

Hiện nay, Trung Quốc đang chế tạo hoặc sắp khởi đóng gần 50 tàu Hải Cảnh, Ngư Chính cỡ lớn, có lượng giăn nước từ 3000 tấn trở lên - một con số kỷ lục từ trước đến nay của lực lượng chấp pháp biển Trung Quốc. Số lượng tàu công vụ ngang với một hạm đội tàu chiến của Mỹ này là điều mà lực lượng hải quân nhiều nước mơ cũng chẳng có.

Theo tin cho biết, số tàu chấp pháp cỡ lớn này gồm có 6 tàu Hải Giám lượng giăn nước 3500 tấn, 11 tàu Ngư Chính loại 3500 tấn, 10 tàu Hải Cảnh cỡ 4000 tấn, 4 tàu Hải cảnh chuyên chịu va đập loại 5000 tấn, 4 tàu Hải Cảnh loại 6000 tấn, và ít nhất là 4 tàu Hải Cảnh cỡ lớn có lượng giăn nước tới 12.000 tấn.

Có thể nhận định, trong thơ0if gian tới đây, Trung Quốc sẽ có lực lượng tàu chấp pháp siêu mạnh. Đây chính là lực lượng "Hải quân 2' trong chiến lược độc chiếm đại dương. Các tàu này sẽ là lực lượng ṇng cốt trong tranh chấp chủ quyền và nguồn lợi hải dương với tàu công vụ các nước khác trong khu vực.

China Marine Police 3062 ship sank in collision with bulk carrier Yue Dian 57 at Lingding channel in Guangzhou Port. The bulk carrier was departing from the port bound for Tianjin under ballast, when laid of crossing routes with the coast guard vessel. The both vessel collided, which cause capsizing and sinking of the 40-meters China Marine Police 3062 ship. All the eight police officers on board of the vessels fell into the water, but Guangzhou Maritime Rescue Center coordinated local fishermen to join the SAR operations, who managed to save the eight crew. All were accounted and did not suffered serious injuries.

The bulk carrier Yue Dian 57 did not suffered serious damages during the accident, but was detained by local authorities near the scene of the accident for further investigation. The root cause and responsibilities related with the collision will be assessed by inspectors. The traffic in the area was blocked during the SAR, but later was released, as all seafarers must pass near the wreck site with increased cautious.

The Supramax bulk carrier Yue Dian 57 (IMO: 9475583) has overall length of 190.00 m, moulded beam of 32.00 m and maximum draft of 10.00 m. The deadweight of the vessel is 56,692 DWT and the gross tonnage is 32,969 GRT. The bulker is owned by state-run Guangzhou Yudean Shipping and operate under the flag of China.
