VBF-Nhằm đảm bảo nguồn thu từ các dịch vụ làm các giấy tờ liên quan tới hộ chiếu và quốc tịch mới đây Vn đă chính thức đưa ra biểu giá USD về các loại phí liên quan. Với chi phí không hề nhỏ nên chắc chắc việc đi làm các loại giấy tờ này đ̣i hỏi mọi người cần phải cân nhắc thật kĩ trước khi đưa ra quyết định.Theo Bộ Tài chính, lệ phí nhập quốc tịch Việt Nam là 250 USD/người; trở lại quốc tịch là 200 USD/người; thôi quốc tịch là 200 USD/người; cấp mới hộ chiếu là 70USD/ quyển.....

Bộ Tài chính vừa ban hành Thông tư số 264/2016/TT-BTC quy định mức thu, chế độ thu, nộp và quản lư sử dụng phí, lệ phí trong lĩnh vực ngoại giao áp dụng tại các Cơ quan đại diện Việt Nam ở nước ngoài.

Theo đó, các tổ chức, cá nhân Việt Nam và tổ chức, cá nhân nước ngoài được Cơ quan đại diện Việt Nam ở nước ngoài cung cấp dịch vụ công hoặc phục vụ các công việc quản lư nhà nước th́ phải nộp phí, lệ phí trong lĩnh vực ngoại giao theo quy định tại Thông tư. Mức thu phí, lệ phí trong lĩnh vực ngoại giao quy định tại Biểu mức thu phí, lệ phí trong lĩnh vực ngoại giao ban hành kèm theo Thông tư.Cụ thể, lệ phí nhập quốc tịch Việt Nam là 250 USD/người; trở lại quốc tịch là 200U SD/người; Lệ phí thôi quốc tịch là 200 USD/người; Lệ phí cấp mới hộ chiếu là 70USD/ quyển; gia hạn hộ chiếu ngoại giao, hộ chiếu công vụ là 30 USD/quyển...

Thông tư nêu rơ về các trường hợp được miễn thu phí, lệ phí gồm: Người nước ngoài là khách mời (kể cả vợ hoặc chồng, bố mẹ đẻ, bố mẹ vợ hoặc chồng và các con cùng đi theo khách mời) của Đảng, Quốc hội, Nhà nước, Chính phủ; hoặc do lănh đạo Đảng, Quốc hội, Nhà nước, Chính phủ nước Cộng ḥa xă hội chủ nghĩa Việt Nam mời với tư cách cá nhân....

Phí, lệ phí trong lĩnh vực ngoại giao được tính bằng đồng đô la Mỹ (USD) theo Biểu mức thu phí và lệ phí trong lĩnh vực ngoại giao ban hành kèm theo Thông tư trên. Trường hợp thu phí, lệ phí trong lĩnh vực ngoại giao bằng đồng tiền nước sở tại th́ việc quy đổi từ đồng đô la Mỹ (USD) sang đồng tiền nước sở tại được căn cứ vào tỷ giá bán ra của đồng đô la Mỹ (USD) do ngân hàng nơi Cơ quan đại diện Việt Nam ở nước ngoài mở tài khoản công bố.

Thông tư có hiệu lực kể từ ngày 1/1/2017.

Từ bỏ quốc tịch phăi trả 200 $ bọn này túng tiền làm càn hay sao ? Vôi lại bọn nó viết thông báo ,nhưng những xứ quán của bọn chúng không bao giờ niêm giá ,tuỳ mặt mà tính tiền, đúng là quân cứop
