Rất nhiều trường hợp người vi phạm luật giao thông tại Mỹ đă không biết cách sử lư khi bị cảnh sát dừng xe. Bạn nên đọc bài này để không phải hối hận v́ thiếu hiểu biết. Có nhiều người đă phải trả giá bằng cả mạng sống khi có những hành động không đúng trong t́nh huống này.


Sau những vụ cảnh sát bắn chết người dân, chưa bao giờ bầu không khí ở Hoa Kỳ căng thẳng đến như vậy.

Không chỉ thường dân hoảng hốt mà lực lượng cảnh sát cũng lo ngại cho tính mạng của họ. Để giúp quư vị biết được cần phải làm ǵ khi bị cảnh sát chặn xe, phóng viên CBS News phỏng vấn một cựu cảnh sát ở thành phố Redondo Beach. Ông Johnny Turner từng làm việc tại sở cảnh sát San Bernardino 23 năm trước khi nghỉ hưu. Sau những ǵ xảy ra ở Minnesota, ông muốn mọi người hiểu rơ điều ǵ nên làm và điều ǵ không nên làm khi bị cảnh sát chặn xe.

Ông Turner căn dặn sau khi dừng xe, điều quan trọng số một là cho cảnh sát nh́n thấy 2 bàn tay của quư vị. 2 bàn tay là nguyên nhân chính gây rắc rối cho quư vị. Phải để 2 bàn tay lên tay lái trong suốt thời gian bị cảnh sát chặn xe. C̣n nếu quư vị là hành khách, xin đặt 2 tay lên đùi để cảnh sát có thể nh́n thấy tay của quư vị. Nguyên nhân khiến cảnh sát nổ súng là v́ cảnh sát không nh́n thấy tay của quư vị. Sau đó, quư vị ngồi im và không làm ǵ cả cho tới khi được yêu cầu tŕnh bằng lái xe hoặc thẻ bảo hiểm xe. Không chúi người tới trước hoặc nhoài người ra sau. Cũng không mở cửa xe và bước ra ngoài.

Cảnh sát nổ súng v́ họ không biết quư vị định làm ǵ. Nếu trên xe có súng, quư vị chỉ cần thông báo và vẫn ngồi im. Xin ghi nhớ những điều quan trọng trên, v́ sau khi bị chặn xe,ai cũng muốn sống sót về nhà.

Mấy thằng VC bị bắn là v́ dùng luật của VC ở Mỹ. Bị cảnh sát dừng xe là tḥ tay móc tiền chuẩn bị hối lộ. Đây gọi là cái chết ngu.

đây củng chỉ là common sense thôi. Khi CS nó tiến tới, nó sẽ kêu ḿnh kéo cửa kiếng xuống và cho xem bằng lái và registration (không biết tiếng việt haha). Sau khi kéo cửa xuống rồi, ai lại khùng ǵ ṃ ṃ ở nơi nào khuất cho CS người ta nghi ngờ??!! hahaha

nghe đâu là tụi nó bắn ḷi phèo con cán bộ V+ sang Mỹ mấy bữa nay , nhưng v́ ai cũng biết rơ là bọn V+ nên không cần đưa tin . hihi

This is a first advice my brother gave me when I started driving: "When officer pull you over just seat still, two hands on the steering wheel, and follow officer command."
Very simple, dont you think? If you want to discuss or argue about your point, you just go to traffic court and discuss right the front of Judge.
