Sau cuộc biểu t́nh của người dân về sự việc cá chết hàng loạt và ô nhiễm môi trường biển làm trấn động vào ngày 1/5.Th́ trong dịp nghỉ lễ này biển Hà Tĩnh lại là nơi thu hút đông đảo khách du lịch.Phải chăng đây là tin vui trấn an tinh thần của các bà con vùng biển.
Khác hẳn với những ngày xảy ra thảm hoạ cá chết hàng loạt, biển đ́u hiu, vắng khách; chiều ngày 1/5 tại các băi tắm như: Xuân Thành, Xuân Hải, Thiên Cầm, Đèo Con…. du khách đă bắt đầu đến tắm biển và thưởng thức hải sản trở lại.

Chị Nguyễn Thị Hoài, quê ở Thị trấn Xuân An, huyện Nghi Xuân cho biết: Sau khi theo dơi, nắm t́nh h́nh trên các phương tiện truyền thông, chị thấy nước biển ở băi tắm Xuân Thành an toàn, tôm cá đánh bắt ngoài khơi sử dụng được nên chị quyết định đưa cả gia đ́nh đi tắm biển.

Ông Hoàng Xuân Hướng, Trưởng Ban Quản lư Khu du lịch biển Thiên Cầm huyện Cẩm Xuyên cho biết: “Trong 2 ngày 30/4 và 1/5, có khoảng 30% khách đến lưu trú so với số lượng đăng kư từ trước tại 12 khách sạn, nhà nghỉ với hơn 750 pḥng ở Thiên Cầm. Hầu hết du khách khi đến với Thiên Cầm đều tắm biển và tự tin thưởng thức hải sản tươi sống”.

Hà Tĩnh hiện có 137km bờ biển với nhiều băi tắm nước trong xanh, cắt trắng mịn màng, là điểm đến hấp dẫn của du khách thập phương. Năm 2015 tỉnh đă đón khoảng 1,7 triệu lượt khách trong nước và quốc tế đến tham quan du lịch, doanh thu đạt trên 800 tỷ đồng, tạo việc làm cho khoảng 10.000 lao động./.
