VBF-Được mệnh danh là Ḥn Ngọc Viễn Đông vậy mà giờ đây giới nhà giàu đang phải đối mặt với t́nh trạng hôi thối không rơ nguyên nhân. Theo đó những mùi lạ này trong suốt nhiều ngày qua đă tập trung quanh khu vực Phú Mỹ Hưng khiến ai cũng phải khó chịu. Hiện có nhiều giả thiết được đưa ra xong vẫn chưa xác định được nguyên nhân chính.Người dân ở khu vực huyện B́nh Chánh, Nhà Bè, khu đô thị Phú Mỹ Hưng đang phải sống trong cảnh khốn khổ v́ mùi hôi thối chưa biết phát ra từ đâu.

Theo tin tức trên báo VnExpress, con đường quốc lộ 50 là đường độc đạo cho rác từ các quận huyện trên địa bàn TP. Hồ Chí Minh về băi rác xă Đa Phước, huyện B́nh Chánh. Hàng ngày, những hộ dân sống ven tuyến đường này phải chịu đựng mùi hôi của cả ngh́n xe chở rác chạy đến băi tập kết.

Một người dân ở ven đường quốc lộ trên cho biết, mùi hôi từ các xe rác bốc lên rất nồng nặc, nhất là vào những hôm trời mưa. Buổi chiều, cứ 15-20 phút lại có một xe chở rác đi qua. Người dân ở đây đă quen v́ phải chịu đựng mùi hôi thối.Theo ư kiến của một người dân khác, nhiều người ở khu vực này đă phải chuyển đi v́ không chịu nổi mùi hôi nhưng nhiều người dân khác phải ở lại chịu đựng, sống chung với mùi khó ngửi này.

Không chỉ người dân ở quốc lộ 50 bị ảnh hưởng, hàng loạt các khu dân cư khác như: Phú Mỹ Hưng, khu dân cư Tân Mỹ (gần đường Hoàng Quốc Việt, quận 7), khu vực cầu Phú Xuân và khu Hoàng Anh Gia Lai cũng phi sống chung với mùi hôi thối.Chủ tịch UBND quận 7 Lê Ḥa B́nh nói đă nhận được phản ánh của người dân trên địa bàn về hiện tượng này. Tuy nhiên, hiện vẫn chưa biết nguyên nhân của mùi hôi là do đâu. "Chúng tôi sẽ làm việc với ban quản lư các khu dân cư, các chủ đầu tư để t́m hiểu nguyên nhân cũng như kiến nghị cơ quan chuyên môn xử lư", ông B́nh nói.

Liên quan đến sự việc này, báo Vietnamnet cũng thông tin, đại diện Công ty TNHH xử lư chất thải Việt Nam (VWS) cho biết, thời gian qua đơn vị có nhận được thông tin từ phía Sở TN-MT về việc một số hộ dân sống tại quận 7 phản ảnh mùi hôi tanh được cho phát tán từ khu liên hợp xử lư chất thải Đa Phước. Đơn vị này đă kiểm tra, rà soát nghiêm ngặt đối với các công tác vận hành tại khu liên hợp.

Theo đại diện VWS, mùi hôi tanh nồng nặc này là do phân heo và mùi cá chết śnh. Ông Lê Trung Tuấn Anh, Trưởng pḥng Quản lư chất thải rắn (Sở TN-MT TP. Hồ Chí Minh) cho biết, Sở đă chỉ đạo thành lập đoàn thanh tra đối với băi rác Đa Phước. Tuy nhiên, v́ khu liên hợp có nhiều đơn vị cùng hoạt động nên chưa khẳng định ngay mùi hôi ở đâu và của nhà máy nào. Do vậy, Sở sẽ tiến hành thanh tra một số đơn vị để xác định nguyên nhân.

Ông Tuấn Anh cũng cho hay, thành phố đang ở giữa mùa mưa, độ ẩm không khí tăng cao dẫn đến mùi hôi phát tán. Riêng với băi rác chôn lấp thường có t́nh trạng này. Khi thanh tra sẽ biết rơ ngay mật độ và thời điểm của mùi hôi thay đổi v́ mùi hôi thường theo mùa, hướng gió và thời điểm.

Ông Lê Ḥa B́nh, Chủ tịch UBND quận 7 cũng thông tin, UBND quận đă nhận được phản ánh của người dân trên địa bàn về hiện tượng này. Phú Mỹ HƯng đă đổi tên thành Phủ Mùi Hôi cho hợp với thành hồ hôi chết mẹ....hehehehe

Nghĩ lạ thật, VN sống lâu nay trong đống rác khỗng lồ do Tàu cộng đổ sang qua thực phẫm phân bón giă tạo thối nát độc hại thế nhưng vẫn có 1 vài cá nhân nhận thức ra được mùi thối hay thơm của rác. Khâm phục khâm phục!!

Xin hỏi: thối như Channel#5?
