Như vậy sau nhiều bê bối liên quan tới ngành công an cuối cùng đă có sự chỉnh sửa. Theo đó 6 Tổng cục Bộ Công an sẽ chính thức không c̣n tồn tại. Quyết định này đă được Thủ tướng chính thức phê duyệt. Ngày 6/8, Thủ tướng Nguyễn Xuân Phúc kí ban hành Nghị định 01 về cơ cấu tổ chức bộ máy của Bộ Công an. Theo đó, Chính phủ chính thức xoá bỏ 6 Tổng cục Bộ Công an, giảm gần 60 đơn vị cấp cục và gần 300 đơn vị cấp pḥng.Chiều nay 7/8, tại Bộ Công an, Thiếu tướng Lương Tam Quang - Chánh Văn pḥng, người phát ngôn Bộ Công an chủ tŕ buổi họp báo thông tin về Nghị định số 01 vừa được Thủ tướng Chính phủ Nguyễn Xuân Phúc kí ban hành và có hiệu lực từ ngày 6/8/2018.

Theo đó, chức năng nhiệm vụ của Bộ Công an không thay đổi. Tổ chức bộ máy Bộ Công an được tổ chức tập trung, thống nhất chuyên sâu theo hướng “Bộ tinh, tỉnh mạnh, huyện toàn diện, xă bám cơ sở”. Tổ chức bộ máy theo nguyên tắc đó được xác định là cơ sở cho việc điều chỉnh, bố trí lực lượng và thực hiện tinh giảm biên chế; tập trung đầu tư cho đơn vị trực tiếp chiến đấu, hướng về cơ sở.

Theo Nghị định số 01, cơ cấu tổ chức Bộ Công an không tổ chức cấp Tổng cục, sắp xếp tinh gọn cơ quan trong bộ thành các đơn vị cấp cục trực thuộc Bộ theo nguyên tắc các đơn vị tương đồng về chức năng nhiệm vụ, các đơn vị không rơ nhiệm vụ, đối tượng công tác hoặc có chức năng, nhiệm vụ liên quan chặt chẽ với nhau mà trong quá tŕnh hoạt động bắt buộc phải có cơ chế phối hợp th́ hợp nhất, sáp nhập, bảo đảm một cơ quan, đơn vị có thể thực hiện thực hiện nhiều việc và một việc chỉ giao cho một cơ quan đơn vị chủ tŕ và chịu trách nhiệm chính.

Theo đó, tổ chức bộ máy của cơ quan Bộ Công an gồm các đơn vị cấp cục, so với bộ máy tổ chức cũ giảm 6 Tổng cục, giảm gần 60 đơn vị cấp cục và gần 300 đơn vị cấp pḥng.Ở địa phương, ngành sáp nhập 20 Cảnh sát PCCC vào Công an tỉnh, thành phố và tinh gọn tổ chức Công an cấp tỉnh, cấp huyện, giảm hơn 50 đơn vị cấp pḥng, gần 1.000 đơn vị cấp đội.

Thiếu tướng Lương Tam Quang thông tin, ngành sáp nhập 20 Cảnh sát PCCC tỉnh, thành phố trực thuộc Trung ương với Công an tỉnh, thành phố trực thuộc Trung ương và sắp xếp lại tổ chức bộ máy Công an tỉnh, thành phố trực thuộc Trung ương tinh gọn hơn. Giảm đầu mối cấp pḥng trực thuộc cục, Công an cấp tỉnh và giảm đầu mối cấp đội trực thuộc pḥng và Công an cấp huyện, bố trí Công an xă chính quy tại các địa bàn trọng điểm, phức tạp về an ninh trật tự…

Nghị định 01 cũng sắp xếp tinh gọn nâng cao chất lượng hiệu quả hoạt động các đơn vị sự nghiệp công lập về giáo dục, đào tạo, báo chí, y tế trong Công an.

Xóa bỏ 1 vài tên côn an, dùng số tiền đó thuê mướn hàng trăm hàng ngh́n tên côn đồ để xử dụng, vừa hiệu quả, vừa rẻ tiền, mà lại không mang tiếng là nhà nước dùng côn an đàn áp nhân dân!

Trọng lú đang sợ đảo chính hoặc nổi dậy trước ngày 2.9.2018 nên fải làm gấp rút mà thôi...Đây là nằm trong chính sách xiết cố người dân và tiếng nói, bịt miệng hữu hiệu nhất, luật an ninh internet vừa qua chỉ là bước khởi đầu...Google đă cúi đầu theo họ Tập, th́ sớm muộn ǵ cũng đến VN mà thôi...0 FB, 0 YT và social media th́ coi như tiêu tùng...các tuớng lănh quân đội và binh sĩ cũng sẽ bị kiểm soát như những người dân đen...
