VBF-Trong khi chiều cao của các nước trên TG liên tục tăng cao th́ VN vẫn chỉ là 1 chú lùn không hơn không kém v́ sự thay đổi quá chậm chạm.Thói quen ăn nhiều đạm thiếu canxi cũng chỉ do thu nhập thấp mà ra nên cơ thể không thể phát triển chiều cao.Trung b́nh mỗi năm Việt Nam có khoảng 1,9 triệu trẻ bị suy sinh dưỡng thấp c̣i nên khi trưởng thành thiếu hụt khoảng 10 cm chiều cao với bạn bè cùng tuổi.Phát biểu trong một hội thảo ở Hà Nội ngày 2/3, Phó giáo sư Lê Bạch Mai, Phó Viện trưởng Viện dinh dưỡng quốc gia cho biết, trong 30 năm qua chiều cao người Việt có sự cải thiện nhưng chậm. Chiều cao trung b́nh hiện tại của nam giới là 164,4 cm và của nữ là 153,4 cm. Tốc độ tăng chỉ khoảng 1-1,5 cm trong một thập kỷ.

Nguyên nhân của t́nh trạng này, một phần lớn là do thói quen ăn uống của người dân thừa đạm, thiếu canxi, ít ăn thủy sản và ăn quá mặn. Khẩu phần canxi 35 năm nay không thay đổi, chỉ đáp ứng 60% khẩu phần khuyến nghị. Nguồn thức ăn không đủ canxi. Sữa là nguồn giàu canxi, dễ hấp thụ, nhưng chưa là khẩu phần b́nh thường trong bữa ăn mà chỉ dành cho trẻ em, người ốm, người già. Trong khi đó, cua, tôm, cá nhiều canxi, song nếu vậy phải ăn cả mai và yếm cua, cá ăn cả xương, tôm ăn cả vỏ.Không những thế lượng canxi ít ỏi lại bị đào thải nhiều do thói quen ăn quá nhiều đạm, ăn quá mặn. Người Việt ăn mặn gấp 3 lần khuyến cáo, với hơn 15 mg muối mỗi ngày. Chế độ ăn nhiều protein làm tăng bài xuất canxi theo nước tiểu.

Tỷ lệ suy sinh dưỡng thấp c̣i ở nước ta vẫn ở mức cao, gần 25%. Như vậy, tính trung b́nh mỗi năm có khoảng 1,9 triệu trẻ bị suy sinh dưỡng thấp c̣i. Số trẻ này khi lớn lên sẽ thiếu hụt khoảng 10 cm chiều cao với bạn bè cùng tuổi.

Theo phó giáo sư Mai, để hấp thu tốt canxi cần có vitamin D, tuy nhiên khẩu phần vitamin này của người Việt cũng rất thấp. Khẩu phần ăn hiện chỉ đáp ứng được 10% nhu cầu khuyến nghị. 80-90% vitamin D của cơ thể chủ yếu tổng hợp từ tiền chất vitamin D dưới da nhờ tác động quang hóa của tia cực tím ánh nắng mặt trời. Nhiều người chưa có thói quen tắm nắng, phụ nữ đi ra đường lại che nắng quá nhiều mà không biết ánh nắng trước 10h sáng và sau 16h rất cần thiết với cơ thể.

Thấp bé, nhẹ cân không phải là thuộc tính di truyền của người Việt. Nếu cải thiện chế độ ăn nghèo canxi như hiện nay, cộng thêm luyện tập thể thao th́ tầm vóc của người Việt có thể được cải thiện. Trong 100 g sữa tươi có khoảng 120 mg canxi; 100 g phomai có 720 mg canxi; 100 g sữa chua có 65-150 mg canxi.

Vit. D deficiency is only a small aspect in the osteoblast/osteoclast bone cycle. Other neglected aspects are nutrition and genetics. 70 + years of kowtowing to an uneducated BUNGHOLE AHOLE Hoe Hoe, abnormal & stunted growth & development would be anticipated. The norm would be as predicted!

The solution is very simple. Put the AHOLE & his cohorts where they belong ... up Hoe Hoe AHOLE!

đám thụn hồi xưa cũng thuộc dạng lùn, nhưng từ khi sang Mỹ cũng cao hơn được dăm ba inch. Không phải v́ đồ ăn xin đầy đủ, mà là do nói chuyện trên trời hoài nên cao hơn chút. hehehehhehe

Ông thấy thằng thun nó nói cũng có lư đấy. Qua đây ông cao lên được vài inch cũng là nhờ nó liếm đít ông nhột quá nên cứ nhẩy cửng lên riết rố nó cao, exercise mà lị. Good boy.
