Trump chuẩn bị ban bố t́nh trạng khẩn cấp quốc gia và sử dụng tiền từ ngân sách của cơ quan chính phủ làm kinh phí xây tường biên giới Mỹ - Mexico.

Một quan chức Nhà Trắng cấp cao giấu tên hôm 14/2 cho biết kế hoạch ban bố t́nh trạng khẩn cấp quốc gia của Tổng thống Mỹ Donald Trump sẽ cho phép chính quyền sử dụng 8 tỷ USD từ các cơ quan liên bang để xây bức tường biên giới phía nam với Mexico, Fox News đưa tin.

Trước đó, Nhà Trắng xác nhận Trump chuẩn bị kư dự luật chi tiêu để ngăn chính phủ đóng cửa, đồng thời sẽ ban bố t́nh trạng khẩn cấp quốc gia "nhằm đảm bảo ngăn chặn khủng hoảng an ninh và nhân đạo tại biên giới".

Cả thượng viện và hạ viện Mỹ đă thông qua dự luật và đang chờ quyết định của Trump. Tuy nhiên, dự luật này không bao gồm số tiền 5,7 tỷ USD Tổng thống yêu cầu trước đó, mà chỉ có gần 1,4 tỷ USD để xây dựng gần 90 km hàng rào biên giới.

Chủ tịch Hạ viện Nancy Pelosi và lănh đạo phe thiểu số tại Thượng viện Mỹ Chuck Schumer lên án việc ban bố t́nh trạng khẩn cấp quốc gia là "bất hợp pháp, lạm dụng quyền lực của tổng thống", nhằm đánh lạc hướng dư luận khỏi thực tế rằng Trump không thể buộc Mexico trả tiền cho bức tường như lời tuyên bố trong chiến dịch tranh cử.

"Quốc hội sẽ bảo vệ các cơ quan lập hiến của đất nước", các quan chức tuyên bố. Tuy nhiên, họ không b́nh luận về khả năng quốc hội bỏ phiếu ngăn Tổng thống Trump đơn phương cấp ngân sách xây tường biên giới.

không những chỉ đào hầm đi qua, nhiều khi họ c̣n chơi khinh khí cầu bay qua, bay lại truớc mặt bác trâm th́ 8 hay 10 tỷ của bác trâm chỉ là rác thôi . tụi nó đă muốn chơi th́ cách nào tụi nó cũng chơi hết, không phải chờ đến giờ này . rồi cuối cùng trâm có dám làm tụi nó ǵ không hay chỉ oai oải bla.. rồi bla thôi.

thiệt ra thằng già này chỉ có cái miệng thôi . nhớ ngày nào nó muốn lên làm tonton th́ nó hứa sẽ bắt cho tụi mễ trả , tụi mễ chống lại chả không làm ǵ đuợc hết v́ chả có làm ǵ th́ tụi mễ cho dân god father ra thủ tiêu là chít mẹ . sau khi thắng cữ 2017 th́ chả lại đ̣i là 24 tỷ ǵ đó nhớ không? sau đó nói đi nói lại c̣n 12 tỷ .. rồi vài tháng sau lại nói là 5 tỷ như bây giờ .. rồi lại 8 tỷ nữa .
