Dự án Xây dựng Quần thể Tượng đài Hồ Chí Minh đã được đề xuất và đang chờ thông qua. Công ty TNHH Tập đoàn Sơn Hải là công ty đề xuất dự án với mức đầu tư 128 tỷ đồng gồm nhiều hạng mục.Dự án Xây dựng Quần thể Tượng đài Hồ Chí Minh nhằm tỏ lòng tưởng nhớ Chủ tịch Hồ Chí Minh.



Chiều 11/7, tại kỳ họp thứ 5, Hội đồng Nhân dân tỉnh Quảng Bình, UBND tỉnh Quảng Bình đã trình bày tờ trình đề nghị thông qua Dự án Xây dựng Quần thể Tượng đài Hồ Chí Minh theo hình thức đối tác công tư (PPP), loại Hợp đồng BT với mức đầu tư 128 tỷ đồng.

Đơn vị đề xuất dự án Quần thể tượng đài Hồ Chí Minh là Công ty TNHH Tập đoàn Sơn Hải, dự kiến các hạng mục chủ yếu gồm: Tượng đài Chủ tịch Hồ Chí Minh và nhân dân tỉnh Quảng Bình, khu quảng trường, sân hành lễ, đường diễu hành, cây xanh, thảm cỏ, đường dạo, đồi cây, hệ thống cấp điện nước và các hạng mục khác, diện tích sử dụng đất gần 7 héc ta ở khu vực thành nội thuộc phường Hải Đình, thành phố Đồng Hới.
Tổng mức đầu tư dự kiến 128 tỷ đồng do nhà đầu tư tự thu xếp và huy động kinh phí thực hiện.

Ông Hoàng Đăng Quang, Bí thư Tỉnh ủy, Chủ tịch HĐND tỉnh Quảng Bình khẳng định, việc xây dựng quần thể Tượng đài Hồ Chí Minh nhằm tỏ lòng tưởng nhớ Chủ tịch Hồ Chí Minh, đáp ứng nguyện vọng của Đảng bộ, chính quyền, quân và dân trong tỉnh.

Ông Hoàng Đăng Quang nói: “Sau một thời gian tích cực chuẩn bị, UBND tỉnh đã chỉ đạo các cơ quan có liên quan và kêu gọi nhà đầu tư xây dựng dự án Tượng đài Hồ Chí Minh theo hình thức đối tác công tư loại hợp đồng BT để báo cáo Ban Thường vụ Tỉnh ủy, Ban Chấp hành Đảng bộ tỉnh và đã được Ban Thường vụ Tỉnh ủy, Ban Chấp hành Đảng bộ tỉnh thống nhất chủ trương đầu tư.

Tại Kỳ họp này, UBND tỉnh trình HĐND tỉnh xem xét, cho ý kiến trước khi triển khai thực hiện”./.

Dân không có ăn , xứ sở bờ biển thì bị tàn phá bởi bọn tàu ( formosat) vậy mả bỏ 128 tỷ để xây 1 bức tượng ,không giúp cho dân no ấm mà đi làm chuyện hoan phí ,bọn cộng sãn VN coi vậy là lo cho dân hay sao ? cả nước thì chán ngấy tên giặc hồ bán nước hại dân mà cứ tưởng dân chúng mến thương thằng cáo hồ

Mẹ, mấy cha nội lãnh đạo muốn lấy tiền của dân đóng thuế cho chính phủ bỏ túi làm của riêng thì…vịnh cớ nầy cớ nọ với lý do chính đáng là xây tượng đài (hồ chí minh, mẹ anh hùng, liệt sĩ hay các anh hùng dân tộc). 64 tỉ xây, 64 tỉ cất vô túi riêng ==> tổng cộng đầu tư 128 tỉ! đó là lý do chánh phủ luôn luôn xây cất chăm lo cho người dân hạnh phúc! Có xây thì có cất…chế độ csvn là đây!!!

mỗi công trình cứ 2 tỷ là chúng hốt 1 tỷ
