Old  Default Lễ tang của một tướng bị bắt đúng 30 tháng 4 năm 1975
Một cựu chuẩn tướng vừa ra đi. Ông bị bắt đúng ngày quốc hận tại Củ Chi năm ấy. Ông từng ngồi ngục một thời gian rất lâu.


Chuẩn Tướng Lư Ṭng Bá sinh ngày 14 tháng 11, 1931, xuất thân trường Thiếu Sinh Quân Vũng Tàu. Thủ Khoa Khóa 6 Đinh Bộ Lĩnh trường Vơ Bị Liên Quân Đà Lạt, nguyên Chỉ Huy Trưởng Bộ Chỉ Huy Thiết Giáp, nguyên Tư Lệnh Sư Đoàn 25 Bộ Binh. Sáng 30-4-1975 bị Việt cộng bắt tại Củ Chi, B́nh Dương và giam giữ trong nhiều trại tù cho đến ngày 13 tháng Hai, 1988 được trả tự do.

Qua Mỹ ngày 17 tháng Giêng, 1990 và xum họp với gia đ́nh tại Las Vegas, tiểu bang Nevada. Từ trần ngày 22 tháng Hai, 2015 tại Las Vegas, hưởng thọ 85 tuổi. Đúng ngày 22 tháng 2 vừa qua ông đă từ trần. Đồng thành kính phân ưu.

Cố Chuẩn Tướng Lư Ṭng Bá được ân thưởng Đệ Tứ Đẳng Bảo Quốc Huân Chương, hai Chiến Thương Bội Tinh, sáu Anh Dũng Bội Tinh với Nhành Dương Liễu, một huy chương của Mỹ, một của Phi Luật Tân và một của Pháp.


Ngày 1 tháng Ba, 2015 các chiến hữu Trường Vơ Bị Quốc Gia, Trường Thiếu Sinh Quân và Hội Thiết Giáp Nam Cali đă làm lễ phủ cờ trên quan tài cố Chuẩn Tướng Lư Ṭng Bá tại Peek Family, Westminster. Vào trưa thứ Hai, 2 tháng Ba, ông được hỏa thiêu và tro cốt sẽ được đưa về lại Las Vegas. Trong h́nh là lễ tang cố Chuẩn Tướng Lư Ṭng Bá. (Thanh Phong/Viễn Đông).
