Chánh văn pḥng Nhà Trắng sẽ rời nhiệm sở vào cuối năm. Ông John Kelly sẽ từ chức sau hai năm công tác. Tổng thống Trump đánh giá Chánh văn pḥng Nhà Trắng đă có thời gian làm việc không hiệu quả.

"John Kelly sẽ rời nhiệm sở vào cuối năm nay. Tôi sẽ thông báo về người thay thế trong ṿng từ một đến hai ngày tới. Kelly đă làm việc với tôi gần hai năm. Tôi đánh giá cao quá tŕnh công tác của ông ấy", AFP ngày 8/12 dẫn tuyên bố của Tổng thống Mỹ Donald Trump trên đường đến Philadelphia cổ vũ một trận bóng của quân đội. "Dù Kelly có công trong việc thiết lập kỷ luật tại Pḥng Bầu Dục, nhiệm kỳ của ông ấy về cơ bản là không thuận lợi".

Tuy nhiên, Trump cũng nói rằng người thay thế Kelly sẽ chỉ đảm nhận chức vụ này tạm thời cho đến khi ông t́m thấy người kế nhiệm lâu dài.

Trước đó, hai nguồn thạo tin ở Cánh Tây tiết lộ ông Kelly dự kiến từ chức trong vài ngày tới sau khi mối quan hệ giữa ông và Trump rơi vào bế tắc. Theo nguồn tin, Trump từng yêu cầu Kelly tiếp tục đảm nhiệm vị trí này thêm hai năm nữa nhưng quan hệ giữa họ ngày càng xấu đi và hai người đă không nói chuyện với nhau trong vài ngày gần đây.

Tổng thống Mỹ cũng đang tích cực thảo luận về phương án thay thế Kelly, nhưng một quan chức cho biết chưa có nhân sự nào được chốt cho đến khi Trump đưa ra công bố chính thức. Ứng cử viên hàng đầu thay thế Kelly hiện nay là Nick Ayers, chánh văn pḥng của phó tổng thống Mike Pence.

Sau khi thay thế người tiền nhiệm Reince Priebus vào mùa hè năm ngoái, Kelly đă quản lư Nhà Trắng bằng những quy định cứng rắn. Ông hạn chế quyền tiếp cận Pḥng Bầu Dục của nhiều cá nhân và có quyền hạn lớn trong lĩnh vực nhân sự. Tuy nhiên, Kelly gần đây được cho là đă đánh mất nhiều ảnh hưởng, khi Trump bắt đầu phá vỡ những quy tắc mà ông đặt ra.

Rất may mắn cho những ''quan viên'' này,

nếu mà vào thời Trâm hoàng đế, trong số mấy chục ''quan viên'' trước nay đă ra đi.

Coi chừng có 1 số đă phải bị...chém đầu rồi đó.

Bạn thử nghĩ xem, nếu không có Pú-tin xen vào, th́ Trâm này là sao có dịp để lên ngồi ghế thượng hoàng, và diễn những tṛ hề này?
