Theo thông tin Hoài Linh đă đóng đầy đủ tiền cho UBND quận 9 nên khả năng tháng 4 anh sẽ được tiếp tục xây dựng. Trước đó anh đă nộp đơn chuyển đổi mục đích sử dụng đất và nộp 6,2 triệu tiền phạt. Cùng vietbf.com khám phá thêm.

Có nguy cơ bị đ́nh chỉ và tháo dỡ nhà thờ Tổ, nghệ sĩ Hoài Linh đă nộp đơn lên chính quyền để xin chuyển mục đích sử dụng đất.

Xây dựng nhà thờ Tổ là tâm huyết cả đời của ngệ sĩ hài Hoài Linh, tâm huyết này của anh được đông đảo nghệ sĩ Việt và công chúng ủng hộ. Tuy nhiên, trong quá tŕnh thi công một số rắc rối về thủ tục đă xảy ra. Theo một số nguồn tin, do chưa xin giấy cấp phép xây dựng, công tŕnh nhà thờ Tổ của Hoài Linh đă bị tạm đ́nh chỉ thi công và bị nộp phạt 6,2 triệu đồng. Hoài Linh đă chấp hành và nộp phạt đầy đủ cùng với đó là gửi "Đơn cứu xét" đến Ủy ban Nhân dân Quận 9, TP HCM.


Nếu thủ tục pháp lư thuận lợi, mọi hồ sơ xin phép hoàn thiện, nhà thờ tổ nghiệp của danh hài có thể tiếp tục xây dựng vào giữa tháng 4 tới.
Nghệ sĩ Hoài Linh cũng giăi bày mục đích của việc xây nhà Tổ rằng anh xây nhà thờ Tổ sân khấu là để phục vụ giới nghệ sĩ, để anh em nghệ sĩ có chỗ ổn định thờ cúng tổ nghề và Hoài Linh cho rằng việc xây dựng nhà thờ Tổ hợp với điều kiện du lịch sinh thái của địa phương, xây bằng gỗ chứ không đúc kiên cố và nhà thờ Tổ cũng có thể góp phần vào việc phát triển kinh tế, du lịch địa phương.

Mới đây, để tiếp tục có thể hoàn thành tâm nguyện Hoài Linh đă làm đơn xin chuyển mục đích sử dụng của khu đất xây nhà thờ Tổ v́ trước kia khu đất đó là đất nông nghiệp chưa được cấp phép chuyển đổi. Nếu thủ tục pháp lư thuận lợi, mọi hồ sơ xin phép hoàn thiện, nhà thờ tổ nghiệp của danh hài có thể tiếp tục xây dựng vào giữa tháng 4 tới.

Theo thông tin từ UBND quận 9, tp Hồ Chí Minh, nghệ sĩ hài Hoài Linh đă nộp hồ sơ lên văn pḥng đăng kí đất đai của quận để xin chuyển đổi mục đích sử dụng của khu đất xây nhà thờ Tổ.

Trưởng pḥng Quản lư đô thị quận 9 - ông Phạm Quang Bửu cho biết: Sau khi khu đất xây nhà thờ Tổ được chuyển đổi thành đất thổ cư, Hoài Linh sẽ phải tiếp tục đến pḥng Quản lư đô thị quận để được hướng dẫn thủ tục xin cấp giấy phép xây dựng. Quy tŕnh kéo dài khoảng 15 ngày. Nếu công tŕnh phù hợp quy hoạch, không vướng mắc sẽ được cấp phép.

Cũng theo ông Bửu: “Quận 9 xác định sẽ tạo mọi điều kiện thuận lợi nhất có thể cho anh Hoài Linh hoàn tất mọi thủ tục để tiếp tục xây dựng nhà thờ tổ”.

Nếu mọi thủ tục pháp lư thuận lợi, việc xây dựng nhà thờ tổ nghiệp của danh hài sẽ tiếp tục trở lại giữa tháng 4 tới.

Con pà tụi nó. Lúc th́ 10 tỷ, khi th́ 40 tỷ, và bây giờ th́ nó tuột cái vèo xuống c̣n vài triệu tiền Cáo. Cái bọn chó này nói cho lắm cũng chẳng ai tin.
