Edward Snowden thông qua luật sư người Nga của mình lại bày tỏ mong muốn được quay về Mỹ, miễn là được đưa ra xét xử công bằng. Luật sư người Nga Anatoly Kucherena, đại diện cho cựu nhân viên Cơ quan An ninh Quốc gia (NSA) Edward Snowden hiện đang tạm trú ở Nga, đã cho biết như vậy vào ngày 3/3




Phát biểu tại một cuộc họp báo ở Moskva, ông Kucherena nói: "Ông ấy (Snowden) đang cân nhắc điều này. Ông muốn quay về (Mỹ) và chúng tôi đang làm mọi việc có thể để điều này xảy ra. Chúng tôi đang hợp tác với một nhóm luật sư của các nước khác để đưa ông quay trở về Mỹ. Ông Snowden sẵn sàng quay về Mỹ với điều kiện phải được đảm bảo được xét xử một cách hợp pháp và công bằng".

Luật sư Kucherena cũng cho biết đến nay, mới chỉ có Bộ trưởng Tư pháp Mỹ Eric Holder đảm bảo rằng ông Snowden sẽ không phải đối mặt với mức án tử hình.

Phản ứng trước thông báo của luật sư đại diện cho Snowden, người phát ngôn Bộ Ngoại giao Marie Harf tuyên bố Mỹ mong muốn đưa Edward Snowden trở về nước và ra hầu tòa vì những cáo buộc nghiêm trọng. Tuy nhiên, bà này cũng nhấn mạnh phiên tòa sẽ diễn ra công bằng.

Là nhân vật gây nhiều tranh cãi, Snowden được một số người ca ngợi là người tranh đấu cho quyền dân sự và dám tố cáo những hành động mờ ám của chính quyền Mỹ, trong khi giới chức Mỹ lại lên án anh ta là kẻ phản bội làm tổn hại an ninh của Mỹ.

Sau khi bị chính quyền Mỹ phát lệnh bắt giữ vì đã tiết lộ nhiều thông tin bí mật về chương trình do thám điện tử của NSA vào tháng 6/2013, Snowden đã rời Hong Kong (Trung Quốc) sang Nga. Sau đó, Nga đã cấp quy chế tạm trú 1 năm cho Snowden. Đến 1/8/2014, Nga tiếp tục gia hạn giấy phép cư trú thêm ba năm cho nhân vật này và khiến quan hệ giữa Moskva và Washington càng thêm căng thẳng.

Snowden đúng ra là nên cảm ơn phúc đức 3 đời vì chưa bị CIA, NSA triệt tiêu, nếu hắn ta là người Nga hoặc Trung Cộng mà dám đứng ra tố cáo là chưa nói đã chết 0 kịp ngáp rồi...Nhất cử nhất động là Putin và họ Tập thanh toán ngay, đề nghị Snowden cứ dung dăng dung dẻ, thư thái ở lại Nga hoặc sang TC mà thờ ma CS, good luck 2u!

Đẹp trai,sáng sũa nhưng quá ngu xuẩn trong nghành tình báo an ninh là phãi có chuyện nghe lén vì đó là nghề nghiệp mà....nước nào cũng vậy nay nó sáng mắt ra thì muộn rùi.
