Quan chức ở Istanbul khẳng định vụ giết nhà báo Arab Saudi được lên kế hoạch từ trước chờ nhà báo Arab Saudi Jamal Khashoggi khi vào lănh sự quán ở Istanbul đă bị bóp cổ ngay, rồi sau đó thi thể bị chặt thành từng mảnh để phi tang, mà công tố viên trưởng của Istanbul Irfan Fidan ra tuyên bố như trên gây sốc .

Báo Guardian dẫn tuyên bố của Trưởng công tố Irfan Fidan cho hay, nhà báo Khashoggi đă bị siết cổ đến chết ngay khi ông bước vào lănh sự quán Ảrập Xêút ở Istanbul chiều 2/10 để lấy giấy tờ. Sau đó, các hung thủ đă phân xác ông Khashoggi thành nhiều mảnh rồi phi tang. Đây là một vụ giết người có chủ định và được lên kế hoạch kỹ lưỡng từ trước.

Tuyên bố của ông Fidan là xác nhận chính thức đầu tiên của nhà chức trách Thổ Nhĩ Kỳ về việc cây bút b́nh luận gốc Ảrập Xêút, làm việc cho tờ Washington Post đă bị sát hại như thế nào. Các thông tin này trái ngược hoàn toàn với khẳng định trước đây của Ảrập Xêút về việc ông Khashoggi thiệt mạng sau một cuộc ẩu đả bên trong lănh sự quán ở Istanbul.

Trưởng công tố Thổ Nhĩ Kỳ cho biết thêm, cuộc gặp giữa ông với người đồng cấp Ảrập Xêút Saud al-Mojeb trong tuần này "nhằm t́m hiểu sự thật đă không thu được bất kỳ kết quả cụ thể nào".

Thổ Nhĩ Kỳ hiện đang gây sức ép buộc phía Ảrập Xêút cung cấp thông tin về thi thể của nhà báo Khashoggi cũng như kẻ đă ra lệnh hạ sát ông. Ankara cũng đ̣i dẫn độ mọi nghi can trong vụ án, với lí do vụ giết người xảy ra trong lănh thổ Thổ Nhĩ Kỳ. Tuy nhiên, Riyadh đă thẳng thừng từ chối các yêu cầu trên. Nhà chức trách Ảrập Xêút đă bắt giữ 18 công dân nước này t́nh nghi có dính líu đến vụ việc, nhưng muốn tự xét xử sau khi cuộc điều tra hoàn tất.

Vụ sát hại nhà báo Khashoggi đang kéo căng quan hệ giữa Ảrập Xêút với các nước phương Tây. Thủ tướng Đức Angela Merkel đă ngừng mọi hợp đồng bán vũ khí của nước này cho Ảrập Xêút. Lănh đạo Pháp cũng thông báo ủng hộ các biện pháp trừng trị mạnh tay đối với những kẻ gây ra cái chết của ông Khashoggi, đồng thời không loại trừ khả năng phạt nặng Riyadh nếu chính quyền Ảrập Xêút bị phát hiện có liên quan đến vụ việc.

THổ có lẽ có bằng chứng hùng hồn nào sao mà tuyên bố dơng dạc oai gớm ! Thông tin của Khashoggi chuẩn bị công bố (chắc chắn là đem bất lợi cho Riad và biết đâu chừng Trump) th́ đành mang theo qua bên kia thế giới rồi ư?

Bác nói rất đúng, Thổ là cái thằng bắt cá 2 tay. Nó rất cay Saudi Arabia, cũng như Mỷ qua những chuyện vừa rồi.

Đây là dịp may để Thổ chơi lại, vừa là chính trị mà cũng bù đấp lại kinh tế của Thổ cũng không chừng, phim c̣n dài hay ngắn là do Saudi và Mỷ vậy.
