Sau khi CNN đệ đơn lên ṭa án liên bang ở Washington kiện chính quyền Tổng thống Trump, khiến thẩm phán liên bang yêu cầu Nhà Trắng khôi phục quyền tác nghiệp tại Nhà Trắng cho phóng viên CNN Jim Acosta, và không được phép cấm phóng viên Acosta tác nghiệp tại đây khi chưa có kết quả điều tra toàn diện.

Thẩm phán liên bang Timothy Kelly hôm nay ra mệnh lệnh tạm thời, yêu cầu chính quyền Tổng thống Donald Trump khôi phục quyền tác nghiệp tại Nhà Trắng cho phóng viên CNN Jim Acosta, người bị cấm cửa sau cuộc tranh luận gay gắt với Tổng thống, AFP đưa tin.

Lệnh này cho phép Acosta có quyền tiếp tục đưa tin tại Nhà Trắng cho tới khi một cuộc điều trần toàn diện được tiến hành. CNN cùng nhiều tập đoàn truyền thông Mỹ, gồm cả kênh Fox News được Trump yêu thích, ủng hộ quyết định này, cho rằng việc cấm cửa phóng viên là vi phạm quy định của Hiến pháp về tự do báo chí.

Phán quyết được đưa ra sau khi CNN đệ đơn lên ṭa án liên bang ở Washington kiện Tổng thống Trump, Chánh văn pḥng Nhà Trắng John Kelly, Thư kư báo chí Sarah Sanders, Phó chánh văn pḥng phụ trách truyền thông Bill Shine, Giám đốc Cơ quan Mật vụ Randolph Alles và một sĩ quan đă ngăn chặn phóng viên Acosta tác nghiệp hôm 7/11.

Thẩm phán Kelly cho biết phán quyết dựa trên "quy tŕnh đúng đắn" dành cho nhà báo, nhưng ông chưa quyết định xem quyết định cấm cửa Acosta của Nhà Trắng có vi phạm hiến pháp hay không.

Trong cuộc họp báo sau bầu cử giữa kỳ, Trump đă nổi giận với Acosta và gọi phóng viên này là "kẻ thù của người dân" sau khi bị chất vấn về t́nh trạng người di cư và cáo buộc đội ngũ tranh cử của Trump thông đồng với Nga.

Nhà Trắng sau đó cáo buộc Acosta có cách cư xử không đúng mực khi gạt tay một người phụ nữ cố lấy mic từ anh theo yêu cầu của Trump, đồng thời tuyên bố cấm cửa Acosta. Trump cáo buộc những phóng viên như Acosta làm xấu h́nh ảnh của đất nước.

Nói nhỏ mà nghe nà: tui đang nghĩ đến một giải pháp tạm thời có thể Mueller tóm lấy Trump: nếu Trump phản đối th́ ṭa sẽ tuyên án là ǵ: Cản Trở Công Lư (nghe quen quen ha !)...tức là trước sau cũng dính, 0 vụ thằng Nga th́ cũng vụ này...haha ! Tóm Trump trước sau đó double cho bóc lịch vô tư ! haha

haha thiệt ra Cali là chổ của DC. tại cái đám khùng họ ũng hộ trâm v́ họ tuởng ổng lên sẽ quét đuợc cái bọn chệt, nhưng họ lầm . ổng làm vậy là để lấy phiếm midterm thôi. c̣n bây giờ ch́m xuồng rồi.
