Washington Post – Ṭa Bạch Ốc đă ra chỉ thị cho bà Hope Hicks, một cựu cố vấn của TT Trump và cho một phụ tá của ông Donald McGahn, cựu nhân viên cao cấp của Ṭa Bạch Ốc, không được cộng tác với các trát đ̣i của Quốc Hội.

Ủy ban Tư pháp Hạ Viện trong tháng 5 đă ra trát đ̣i bà Hicks cũng như bà Annie Donaldson, phụ tá của ông McGahn, phải trao các tài liệu có liên quan đến công việc của họ ở Ṭa Bạch Ốc trước đây.

Hôm thứ ba 4/6 là thời hạn cuối mà họ phải giao nộp các tài liệu này cho Ủy ban Tư pháp Hạ Viện, cũng như cả hai nhận trát đ̣i phải ra điều trần vào cuối tháng này.

Chủ tịch Ủy ban Tư pháp Hạ Viện, dân biểu Jerrold Nadler, cho hay cả hai đă nhận chỉ thị bất cộng tác như sau: “Trong kế hoạch tiếp tục cản trở công lư của TT Trump, Ṭa Bạch Ốc đă chỉ thị cho cả hai không được giao nộp tài liệu ǵ cả”

Ông Nadler cho hay: “Tôi cũng ghi nhận thiện chí của bà Hicks khi trước đây bà đă đồng ư giao một số tài liệu về công việc mà bà làm trong ban vận động tranh cử của TT Trump , tôi xin cám ơn bà về thiện ư này của bà”

Ông Nadler giải thích: “TT Trump không có căn bản luật pháp nào cho phép ông ấy ngăn cản các nhân chứng này phải tuân theo yêu cầu của chúng tôi, theo luật liên bang th́ khi các tài liệu rời Ṭa Bạch Ốc nhiều tháng trước th́ chúng không có quyền hành pháp đặc biệt của TT bảo vệ ǵ cả”

Hôm nay cố vấn Pat Cipollone của Ṭa Bạch Ốc gửi thư cho ông Nadler giải thích là quyền Đổng Lư Văn Pḥng Mick Mulvaney đă chỉ thị cho Hicks lẫn Donaldson không được trao tài liệu hay tin tức có liên quan đến chuyện hành pháp trong thời gian họ làm việc trước đây, theo lời một nhân viên ẩn danh cho báo chí hay.

Th́ cứ cho là như vậy đi hén bác: Hai Lúa tui và bác là hai đường thẳng song song nên...0 bao giờ gặp nhau tuy chung đường, chung "chiến tuyến" nhưng trời đày như Ngưu Lang Chức Nữ mất gồi...."...Than mà chi, có ngăn được xót xa -Cho Người T́nh Lỡ/Hoàng Nguyên...
