Vụ nhân viên an ninh của hăng United Airlines đối xử thô bạo với khách hàng đang là một đề tài nóng không chỉ ở Mỹ mà lan ra nhiều nước trên thế giới. Dư luận đang chỉ trích hăng hàng không lớn thứ hai trên thế giới. Hăng United Airlines đang phải đối mặt với sự tẩy chay của khách hàng và sự sụt giảm giá trị vốn hóa, tuy nhiên người quay đoạn video về việc kéo lê hành khách cũng có thể gặp rắc rối lớn.

Thông tin VNEC cho biết, những hành khách tung video nhân viên an ninh đối xử thô bạo với hành khách gốc Việt vi phạm quy định cấm ghi h́nh của hăng United Airlines.

Theo quy định của United Airlines về các thiết bị điện tử, hành khách được phép chụp ảnh và quay video miễn là họ "ghi h́nh những sự kiện cá nhân", nghĩa là hăng cấm hành khách ghi h́nh khách hàng khác hoặc nhân viên của hăng mà chưa được người kia cho phép.

Dan Hensley, tổng biên tập trang Chicago One News, cho rằng những người ghi h́nh sự kiện này đáng lẽ phải ngồi tù v́ đă vi phạm quy định ghi h́nh sĩ quan an ninh trên máy bay.

Tuy nhiên, theo Independent, VNEC cho biết, khách hàng có thể đă vi phạm quy định bay của United Airlines nhưng lại không vi phạm luật hàng không Mỹ. Luật hàng không Mỹ quy định không được sử dụng thiết bị điện tử trong suốt thời gian cất cánh và hạ cánh. Trong vụ việc này, máy bay khi đó vẫn đang đỗ tại sân bay chứ chưa cất cánh.

Trên thực tế, các chuyên gia hàng không và pháp luật cho rằng United Airlines sẽ không khởi kiện những người đă ghi h́nh và đưa video lên mạng.

Theo đó, Anthony Rickman, cựu công tố viên nay chuyển nghề thành luật sư tranh tụng tại Tampa, bang Florida, cho rằng: "Có phải khách hàng đă vi phạm quy định không? Chắc chắn là có. Hăng có quyền kiểm soát những chuyện xảy ra trên máy bay của họ", Rickman nói. "Có điều, với tất cả những rắc rối mà United đang phải đối mặt, họ có theo đuổi hành động pháp lư không? Tôi cho là không".

Trong khi đó, United Airlines chưa có b́nh luận cho việc này.

Trước đó, VNEC cho biết, hăng hàng không United Airlines của Mỹ bị chỉ trích sau khi 1 hành khách bị lôi xềnh xệch xuống máy bay để nhường ghế cho thành viên dự bị của phi hành đoàn.

Người đàn ông bị lôi mạnh ra khỏi ghế ngồi và kéo lê trên sàn máy bay khiến những hành khách xung quanh tỏ ra rất bất ngờ. Những đoạn video ghi lại cảnh này của hăng United Airlines đă lan truyền trên mạng xă hội với tốc độ chóng mặt.

Được biết, trong trường hợp chuyến bay hôm 10/4 của United Airlines, do máy bay không c̣n ghế trống, hăng đă chọn ngẫu nhiên một số người xuống máy bay để nhường chỗ cho phi hành đoàn dự bị. Tuy nhiên, ông David Dao, 1 bác sĩ người Mỹ gốc Việt, 69 tuổi, không chấp thuận. Sau đó, ông đă bị cưỡng chế rời máy bay với gương mặt đầy máu, VNEC thông tin thêm.

Cũng khó biết ,nhưng khi đă có liên hệ tới nhà nước th́ quyền tự do phải trong khuôn khổ,nh́n vào cách đuổi phóng viên ra khỏi pḥng họp th́ biết ....họ vẫn có rất nhiều quyền.Chưa kễ đến quyền được kỳ thị.

Ừ , nếu ở xứ VC có thể ở tù, bị ghép tội tuyên truyền chống phá nhà nước ,c̣n xứ Mỹ này h́nh như trường hợp tương tự, tui chưa thấy ai bị bó tù , giống như cảnh sát đánh người da đen , hay bắn chết người da đen do người dân cung cấp và tự quay , làm cho cảnh sát hết đường chạy tội thiệt hại về tiền bạc uy tính rất nhiều , vẫn không sao cả....
