Đó là phát biểu của đại biểu Quốc hội – Phó Chủ tịch Hội Nhà báo Việt Nam Hà Minh Huệ.

Ông Hà Minh Huệ lên tiếng sau khi các câu trích dẫn phát biểu của ông tại phiên thảo luận tổ về Dự thảo Luật trưng cầu ư dân trong cuộc thảo luận ở tổ chiều 3/6 nhận được nhiều ư kiến trái chiều, không đồng t́nh.

Ông được một báo mạng dẫn lời nói "Dân chủ của ta có hạn, dân trí c̣n rất thấp, số người dân trí cao là thiểu số, trưng cầu có khi gây hại, không thể tùy tiện".

Câu nói của đại biểu Hà Minh Huệ nhận được nhiều ư kiến không đồng t́nh, bởi lẽ tŕnh độ dân trí của Việt Nam hiện nay đă có những sự chuyển biến rơ rệt. Việc trưng cầu dân ư đă được đưa vào Luật từ rất lâu ở các nước phát triển. Hơn nữa, việc trưng cầu dân ư cũng là một trong những việc làm nhằm nâng cao quyền dân chủ của người dân, theo đúng tinh thần của Hiến pháp năm 2013.

Sáng 4/6 ông Huệ cho rằng việc ông nói "tŕnh độ dân trí thấp" có lẽ đang bị hiểu lầm, hiểu sai, ư phát biểu của ông được trích dẫn tách khỏi ư bao quát chung nói về tầm quan trọng về việc mở rộng dân chủ, thể chế hoá các quy định của Hiến pháp năm 2013.

Đúng rồi ! củng nhờ dân trí thấp mà CS làm được việc cướp chánh quyền ! và CS làm cho dân trí càng thấp hơn để dể cai trị ! vậy chẳng lẻ để lủ quá dốt cai trị thêm trăm năm nửa ?????

Nó đang nói là dân Việt Nam chỉ là một lũ ngu.

Thế sao báo chí lại cứ khoe khoang rằng Việt Nam đứng hàng thứ 12 về vấn đề giáo dục, cao hơn cả Mỹ và Úc?

Ai bầu cho "thằng" đại ngu này làm đại biểu thế?

Mày muốn thì cứ tôn thờ cái độc đảng cướp của mày đi. Không cứ phải cầm được cái micro thì muốn nói gì thì nói!

nói là dân trí thấp là lời nói lịch sự nếu nói rỏ hơn là dân việt cộng là dân ngu nên mới để mấy con khĩ cởi lên đầu 40 năm và không biết c̣n thêm bao lâu nữa
