Tổng thống Mỹ Donald Trump lại có một tuyên bố khiến đảng Dân chủ phải đau đầu. Đó là sau khi ông có chuyến thị sát khu vực biên giới với Mexico ngày 10/1 có thể quyết định ban bố t́nh trạng khẩn cấp quốc gia để qua mặt quốc hội xây tường biên giới.

Reuters cho biết, Tổng thống Donald Trump hôm qua đă đáp chuyên cơ xuống biên giới Texas trong một động thái nhằm chứng minh an ninh quốc gia của Mỹ đang bị đe dọa bởi cuộc khủng hoảng nhập cư ở khu vực biên giới phía nam này.

"Chúng ta có thể ban bố lệnh khẩn cấp quốc gia. Đây là điều hoàn toàn hợp lư. Nếu đàm phán không có hiệu quả, tôi sẽ làm điều đó, tôi có thể nói gần như chắc chắn. Đó là một lệnh khẩn cấp quốc gia", ông Trump nói với các phóng viên trong chuyến thăm.

Ban bố t́nh trạng khẩn cấp quốc gia cho phép ông Trump quyết định xây tường biên giới mà không cần sự phê chuẩn của quốc hội. Điều này có thể khiến ông đối mặt với một số thách thức pháp lư, tuy nhiên ông chủ Nhà Trắng tin rằng ông sẽ chiến thắng trong cuộc chiến pháp lư đó.

Chuyến thăm của ông Trump diễn ra trong bối cảnh chính phủ Mỹ đóng cửa một phần ngày thứ 20 liên tiếp, khiến hàng trăm ngh́n người hoặc bị mất việc hoặc không được trả lương. Một ngày trước đó, Tổng thống Trumpd dă tức tối rời cuộc họp với đảng Dân chủ bàn thương lượng xây tường biên giới và mở cửa lại chính phủ. Ông đă chỉ trích đảng Dân chủ thậm chí c̣n khó đàm phán hơn Trung Quốc.

Đến nay, đảng Dân chủ vẫn kiên quyết phản đối đề xuất của ông Trump chi 5,7 tỷ USD để xây tường biên giới ngăn người nhập cư trái phép. Hạ viện Mỹ do đảng Dân chủ kiểm soát hôm qua đă thông qua một dự thảo nhằm cấp ngân sách hoạt động cho một số bộ như Bộ Giao thông Vận tải, Bộ Nông nghiệp và Nhà đất trong một nỗ lực nhằm hạn chế tác động tiêu cực của việc chính phủ đóng cửa một phần do bế tắc về vấn đề cấp ngân sách hoạt động cho năm tài khóa 2019. Tuy nhiên, Nhà Trắng cho biết, Tổng thống Trump sẽ phủ quyết dự luật này.

Trong một diễn biến liên quan khác, Tổng thống Trump tuyên bố, ông sẵn sàng hủy dự Diễn đàn kinh tế thế giới ở Davos, Thụy Sĩ trong tháng này nếu chính phủ Mỹ tiếp tục đóng cửa.

"Theo kế hoạch tôi sẽ đến dự và phát biểu trước cộng đồng tài chính thế giới ở Davos. Kế hoạch đó không thay đổi nhưng nếu chính phủ tiếp tục đóng cửa, tôi sẽ không đến đó".

Diễn đàn kinh tế thế giới sẽ diễn ra vào ngày 25/1, như vậy ông Trump chỉ c̣n 15 ngày để thông qua thỏa thuận về ngân sách. Nếu không thể đạt được thỏa thuận, chính phủ Mỹ dưới thời ông Trump sẽ đánh dấu với sự kiện đóng cửa lâu nhất trong lịch sử, vượt "kỷ lục" dưới thời cựu Tổng thống Bill Clinton.

Theo như kinh nghiệm của rất nhiều người có quan hệ trực tiếp hay gián tiếp với quân đội của Mỹ th́ họ cho biết là, nếu ủy thác cho quân đội đi tàn phá (destroy) bất cứ chướng ngại nào th́ quân đội Mỹ làm hay lắm, làm nhanh lắm. Thế nhưng nếu cần xử dụng quân đội để xây dựng (build) 1 cái ǵ đó th́... "OMG.... it takes a damn long time and it'd never get finished!!" (không bao giờ hoàn tất!)

Đấy chỉ là 1 tṛ lừa đảo mà Bác Trâm lợi dụng quân đội Mỹ hứng đ̣n, sau đó chuyện dở dang nửa chừng th́ Bác Trâm sẻ nói là "thôi th́ dù sau cũng lở rồi, chi thêm tiền để hoàn tất cai WALL đi!" hahahahahahahahahaha

Người dân nước Mỹ nên cho Bác Trâm 3 cái WALL và cái cửa song sắt riêng cho Bác Trâm và thằng con rể của Bác Trâm! hahahahahahahahahaha
