Mới đây Mỹ đă có quyết định tạm dừng trục xuất người gốc Việt. Đây thực sự là điều mà đông đảo người Việt sống tại Mỹ hết sức mong đợi. Nhân dịp này Vn cũng đă có phát ngôn chính thức về vụ việc.

Về việc Mỹ quyết định tạm dừng trục xuất người gốc Việt mới đây, Bộ Ngoại giao cho biết việc tiếp nhận trở lại công dân Việt Nam được thực hiện trên cơ sở thỏa thuận năm 2008.
Tại buổi họp báo ngày 6/12, người phát ngôn Bộ Ngoại giao Việt Nam Lê Thị Thu Hằng đă trả lời câu hỏi về việc mới đây Mỹ tạm dừng trục xuất người gốc Việt đang sinh sống ở nước này.

“Việc tiếp nhận trở lại công dân Việt Nam được thực hiện trên cơ sở thỏa thuận giữa hai bên Việt Nam và Mỹ, luật pháp và thông lệ quốc tế, trong đó có hiệp định kư năm 2008 giữa chính phủ Việt Nam và chính phủ Mỹ về việc nhận trở lại công dân Việt Nam, và đảm bảo các quyền và lợi ích của công dân phù hợp với quy định, luật pháp của mỗi nước", bà Hằng cho biết.

"Việt Nam mong muốn Mỹ tạo điều kiện thuận lợi cho cộng đồng người Việt Nam tại Mỹ hội nhập và đóng góp vào sự phát triển thịnh vượng của Mỹ, đồng thời góp phần thúc đẩy quan hệ giữa hai nước”, theo người phát ngôn Bộ Ngoại giao.

Năm 2008, Việt Nam và Mỹ đă kư một thỏa thuận về việc nhận lại người Việt Nam di cư sang Mỹ. Theo đó, công dân Việt Nam đến Mỹ trước ngày hai nước chính thức thiết lập quan hệ ngoại giao, 12/7/1995, sẽ không phải đối tượng bị áp dụng thỏa thuận.

Ngày 22/11, New York Times có bài viết về việc chính phủ Mỹ đă quyết định dừng trục xuất khoảng 7.700-8.000 người gốc Việt đang sinh sống tại Mỹ. New York Times cho biết ngày 18/10, động thái này đă được một quan chức Bộ An ninh nội địa Mỹ xác nhận.

Trước đó, Nhà Trắng khẳng định bất kỳ người nào chưa được công nhận là công dân Mỹ và từng phạm tội sẽ bị trục xuất. Đây là một phần của chính sách nhập cư được thi hành dưới thời Tổng thống Donald Trump.

Đúng rồi 3 que để chọt 3 lổ của má mà đấy lé, mài chờ các bố mài thay phiên chọt xong má mài th́ tao và các bố mài để dành 2 que để chọt mài luôn !
