VBF-Quá bất ngờ về trường hợp cha ruột ném cả 4 con xuống biển. Cả 4 người con sau đó đã được vớt xác lên. Người cha này đã bị án tử hình.


Bốn đứa con từng bị ông Lương Lâm ném xuống biển hơn 10 năm trước.

MOBILE, Alabama - Một người bị kết tội sát nhân và bị giam trong nhà kiên cố dành cho tử tù, sau khi ném bốn đứa con xuống cầu Dauphin Island trong năm 2008, nay trở lại nhà tù Mobile Metro Jail từ chiều thứ Tư, 24 tháng 1, 2018.

Tên của ông Lương Lâm, 47 tuổi, được thấy trong hồ sơ nhà tù Mobile Metro Jail. Tin của các đài truyền hình địa phương cho biết tù nhân này được đưa tới đây để giữ an toàn trong lúc các luật sư thực hiện các thủ tục kháng án.

Ông Lâm đã bị tòa kết tội ném bốn đứa con xuống nước vào ngày 7 tháng Giêng, 2008. Sau đó ông bị giam tại nhà tù Holman dành cho phạm nhân đang chờ ngày hành quyết.

Trong ngày thứ Năm, ông Lâm được đưa đến tòa án. Hồ sơ tòa án cho biết rằng nhóm luật sư biện hộ của ông muốn chỉ định một thông dịch viên mới dành cho thủ tục kháng án. Nhóm bào chữa nói rằng ông Võ Tâm, thông dịch viên hiện thời của ông, không thể làm nhiệm vụ lý do mâu thuẫn quyền lợi, vì Võ Tâm từng có thể là một trong nhân chứng. Luật sư thường tìm mọi cách kéo dài thời gian kháng án mà họ có thể làm được, để giúp cho tử tù được sống lâu hơn.

Ông Lâm nhận tội trong năm 2009 về việc sát hại bốn đứa con và sau đó bị kết án tử hình.
Theo cảnh sát Bayou La Batre cho biết, ông đã thú nhận tội giết côn để trả thù mẹ của mấy đứa bé là cô Phan Kiều.
Thi thể của bốn đứa con, Hannah Lương, 2 tuổi, Ryan Phan, 3 tuổi, Lindsey Lương, 1 tuổi, và Danny Lương, 4 tháng, đã được vớt trong các vùng duyên hải tại ba tiểu bang Alabama, Mississippi, và Louisiana. Lúc đó có hàng trăm tình nguyện viên tham dự cuộc tìm kiếm bằng máy bay, thuyền, và đi bộ.
Lúc đầu ông Lâm báo cáo các con bị mất tích, nói rằng ông đã giao cho bạn gái, sống trong một khách sạn ở Gulfport, Mississippi, và cô không trả chúng lại. Sau nhiều lần bị tra hỏi, cuối cùng ông nhận tội giết con bằng cách ném chúng xuống cầu bắc ngang cửa biển.

Cũng tùy trường hợp, nếu như bà già mầy lúc trước mà tống mày ra khỏi háng thì mậu ngừ sẽ phải cám ơn con mẽ làm 1 chuyện rất ư là đúng đắn, địt ra một con quái thai như mày thật là sướng 1 phút mà mang tiếng suốt đời, cứ bị người ta réo tên chửi vì đứa quái thai mày, tội lổi tội lổi.

Cộng sản cưỡng chiếm miền Nam đã 43 năm, thằng này thì chỉ mới 47 tuổi, vậy thằng này chắc chắn bộ đội đào ngũ rồi.

Vì chỉ có lũ cộng sản mới tàn ác như vậy thôi, giết con, đấu tố cha mẹ là nghề của bọn chúng.

Bi kịch hỉ...vì trả thù vợ cũ mà nỡ ra tay sát hại con ruột mình...thông thường là hung thủ cũng tự sát ngay sau đó...Tội nghiệp những đứa trẻ vô tội, âu cũng là số mệnh chăng...
