Theo luật của VC th́ là như vầy.
Tụi cán bộ có chức quyền khi phạm tội sẽ bị cách chức trừ tội. Cũng đồng nghĩa với bỏ chức vụ giữ lấy người.
C̣n người dân th́ dâu có chức vụ ǵ để tụi nó tước bỏ, cả quyền công dân cũng không có th́ tước cái ǵ bây giờ? Cho nên dân phạm tội th́ phải ở tù là như vậy.
